We will process your Personal Data only in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. For Turkey (KVKK - 'Personal Data Protection Law'), the data controller is Avx Reality Technology® under UK and EU data protection regulation ('Regulation (EU) 2016/679').

Information We Automatically Collect

We and our third-party service providers (including third-party content, advertising, and analytics providers) may automatically collect certain information from your device or web browser when you interact with the Services. We would like to point out that we may need to retain some information for record-keeping purposes, and/or to complete any transactions you initiated before your request for change or deletion (for example, you may not have the ability to modify or delete your Personal Data after completing a promotion). We will retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our policy, or if a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.

When you subscribe to our service, we collect and process your Financial Account Information using third-party PCI-compliant service providers to facilitate payment processing.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 and do not direct the Services to children under 18.
